Children
Children staying in their parents' room without packages:
- Up to 4 years old, sleeping in bed with parents - free of charge
- Baby cot - 40 PLN per day
- From 5 to 12 years old - 110 PLN per day (sofa bed)
- 13 years and older - 150 PLN per day (sofa bed)
Children staying in their parents' room with packages:

- Baby cot - 40 PLN per day
- 5 to 12 years old - special price
- 13 years and older - full price
HEALTH TAX – Augustów is a Health resort, so guests staying for more than 1 day are subject to a health tax:
- 6 PLN per person per day
- 2 PLN per child under 7 years old per day
PARKING - Monitored parking is available to guests on the hotel premises for a fee:
- 45 PLN per car per day
- 80 PLN per bus/truck per day
- 45 PLN per motorcycle per day minus 50% discount - 22.50 PLN
Pets
The hotel is pet-friendly, but due to the need for special room cleaning, a fee of 150 PLN per day per pet applies.
The pet owner is responsible for any damages and contamination caused by the pet and is required to cover the costs of any damages.
The pet must be supervised by the owner throughout the entire stay on the hotel premises.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION
We know that the development of electromobility is the future of transportation and one of the ways to reduce air pollution. Therefore, you can charge your electric car at our hotel.
The NOXO charging station is operated independently by the electric vehicle user using the free NOXO app.
The app can be downloaded from the App Store/Google Play, by scanning the QR code displayed on the charging station, or from the website https://noxo.energy/pobierz-aplikacje/.
BIKES
High-quality bicycles are available to guests. Additionally, at the reception, you can rent a child seat and a helmet for free (limited quantity):
- Touring bike: 20 PLN/hour
- Mountain bike: 30 PLN/hour
- Electric bike: 45 PLN/hour

We are pleased to inform you that our facility has received a recommendation from MPR - Bicycle-Friendly Places on the Eastern Green Velo Bicycle Trail.
The hotel received funding for the project under Measure 1.5 - Working Capital Grants of the Eastern Poland Operational Program 2014-2020.
